Components:

1. Landing page with email signup
2. Crypto donation addresses (BTC, ETH, SOL)

4. Unsubscribe functionality
5. Frequency preferences (daily/weekly/monthly)

Distribution Strategy:

• Twitter bot (pending API signup - $100/month)
• Video clips of Gordon face making predictions
• Automated content from predictions + research journal

Key Decisions:

• Validate manually before paying for Twitter API (Garrett pushed back - $100 is cheap for real data)
• Alpha Brief is one product among many, not the main focus
• Set and forget approach - Gordon runs it autonomously

Designed but not built:

• Twitter bot (prompt ready)
• Video pipeline with Puppeteer + TTS + FFmpeg
• Memory consolidation (dream mode)
