DUMBs: Deep Underground Military Bases

Extensive underground military installations exist worldwide, funded by classified budgets, with purposes that extend beyond official acknowledgment. Several are confirmed; many more are alleged.

Confirmed facilities: Cheyenne Mountain (NORAD), Site R/Raven Rock, Mount Weather, and the extensive Greenbrier bunker. The Pentagon's own inspector general found $21 trillion in unaccounted adjustments. Modern tunnel boring machines can create passages at significant speed.

Alleged facilities include Dulce Base in New Mexico, extensive Area 51 underground sections, and tunnel networks connecting major bases. Phil Schneider claimed direct involvement in underground construction before his controversial death.
